More picts for daddy...

Lydia is checking out the puppets with mommy. We are in Redding right now visiting my parents. The girls are loving all of the adventures Mala and Papa are taking us on.
Ellie was excited to hold a bird on a stick. She showed no fear. I was surprised.

The girls are having a great time with Papa John.

We are loving the pool. Lydia has no fear. She wants to put her head in and takes great joy in making big splashes.

Ellie, on the other hand, is happy to play in the kiddie pool with Randall. She is having a great time getting a little bit wet and playing with all of the blow up toys.

A few more b-day picts for daddy...

We love you daddy! We miss you! Lydia enjoyed her cupcake on Ellie's real b-day.
Her buddy Noah helped her blow out the candles of her tinkerbell cupcakes.

We saved a few presents for Ellie's actual b-day. She loved her new 4th of July outfit and tinkerbell backpack.

Ellie's Pinata

The aftermath of the pinata mahem. Ellie requested a pinata for her b-day. I found one for a good price and went for it. The only problem. It is hot and humid in Texas and on the day of her b-day party we did not want to go outside. We also did not want 5 kids under the age of 6 to be swinging a bat around at eachothers heads. So Nathan came up with the brilliant idea of jumping on the pinata. The kids had great fun and nobodys head was knocked off. :)
Ellie was not quite heavy enough to do much damage.

Carrie on the other hand did quite well.

And.......Well, Uncle Eric found a better use for the pinata......he turned Lydia into a beautiful flower. She is so layed back that she did not care too much. We did get her out quickly before the kids decided to start jumping on her. :)
